About JC Nuts
JC Nuts are grown on our own property in the Bay of Islands, Northland, New Zealand.
Carefully selected, the fresh kernel is dry roasted slowly at a low temperature so as not to lose its unique texture and distinctive taste.
New Zealand’s optimum growing conditions and varieties of trees also contribute to the health of the nuts.
Our nuts are hand-picked to avoid contamination from ground harvesting.
Try them unsalted, lightly salted or manuka honey roasted. Our Macadamia Nut Butter is a best seller at the Sunday Farmers Market in Kerikeri, Bay of Islands. Come and visit our stall for a free tasting of our Macadamias!
